Bravo on this bold evolution, Paul. Leaders urgently need guidance that doesn’t just focus on compliance and efficiency, but on culture, well-being, and ethics. The more I step back and examine this venture, the more I realize it aligns with my life mission: to make a difference in other people's lives.

That's also why I'm offering the coaching program gratis to anyone who needs some clarity and direction—and this isn't unlike that, just focused at the organizational level.
